Information used by the application
ESignify uses account information to authenticate users and manage access to company workspaces. The application also uses organization and user information when generating and managing email signatures.
Microsoft 365 connection
When an organization configures Microsoft integration, the application uses Microsoft tenant and application connection details to verify the connection and perform the configured signature workflow.
Signature content
Generated signature records include the content needed for the signature workflow, including user email information and signature HTML.
Access
Access to workspace features is controlled through application permissions and company administration areas.
